An inclusive, adaptive martial-arts program for students with autism, ADHD, sensory-processing differences and other special needs. Do you offer martial arts for autistic or special-needs children?Yes. Our adaptive program welcomes children and adults with autism, ADHD, sensory-processing differences and other special needs, with patient instruction tailored to each student.
Is your program sensory-friendly and suitable for kids with ASD?Yes. Classes are structured, predictable and adapted to each student's sensory needs, so children on the autism spectrum can feel comfortable and progress at their own pace.
Can martial arts help a child with autism build focus and confidence? Many families see exactly that. The routine, clear expectations and earned milestones of martial arts build focus, self-regulation and genuine, lasting confidence over time.
What experience do your instructors have with special needs? Our program is led by instructors with backgrounds in early-childhood and special education — including owner Sensei Lynn Brennan's 17-year early-childhood-education career. We tailor instruction to each student.
Will my child be in a group or one-on-one?We adapt to what each student needs — reach out and we'll talk through the best approach for your child.
