Fitness Class

FIMAFitness "Fit 4 Life" Bootcamps

Fit 4 Life bootcamps are high intensity interval training classes utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, battling ropes, and bodyweight exercises. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness from the absolute beginner to the more advanced.


Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 to 7 am. and 9 to 10 am. Taught by FIMAFitness staff.


FIMA’s bootcamp class will:

• Increase your bone density
• Increase lean muscle mass
• Increase overall body strength
• Increase functional range of motion
• Improve body fat composition


All FIMAfitness "Fit for Life" Bootcamps run on a continuous 4 week cycle. There are no contracts.

In addition to our popular classes, FIMAFitness offers private and semi-private instruction in strength training and overall fitness.
